Naturopathy or Natural Medicine aims at strengthening the whole organism, since the body possesses the ability and self-defense mechanisms to face the various daily aggressions to which it is subjected - either by poor eating habits and of life or by pollution that surrounds it.
In 2001 non-communicable chronic diseases contributed to almost 60% of the annual 56 million deaths worldwide. Considering these numbers and anticipating a worsening of this situation, the prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases is a major challenge to current public Health.
Naturopathy uses natural therapies and methods, which encompass Homeopathy and Orthomolecular Nutrition, in order to support and strengthen the Immune System as a whole - essential for fighting diseases.
